Ms Karpagam has guided many SMEs and start-ups in developing best practices and assisted in building their internal capabilities through SMART assessments.
Karpagam has also given talks in Capability areas such as Marketing and HR to SMEs. Several SMEs has progressed and benefitted through the advisory sessions conducted by her. She is zealous in educating SMEs so that they can grow and improve in their processes.
She has over 20 years’ experience in customer service sector. She graduated with BSc in Business with Communication from SIM University and she has a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from NYP. She also has experience working in different industries.
Mr Nagesh Devata

Mr Nagesh Devata is currently overseeing the SMB, Core Merchants and Channels business for South East Asia. In his current capacity he is responsible for the expansion of PayPal’s digital business in the SMB sector across the key markets in South East Asia.

Over his tenure he has covered a range of geographies including Canada, U.S., Middle East/Africa and most recently Asia Pacific. Prior to joining PayPal in 2017, Nagesh Devata was with Mastercard Asia Pacific responsible for Acceptance, Acquiring and Strategic Merchants.
Nagesh has been a passionate advocate and champion of digital commerce and financial payment inclusion having worked and partnered with global organizations such as Facebook and McDonalds. In Asia Pacific, he was at the forefront of MasterCard’s strategic partnerships with the biggest travel and digital retail partners and expanding MasterCard’s reach to the next 100 million merchants.
He holds an MBA from Case Western University, and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
