Organised by SME Centre@SICCI and supported by Amazon Global Selling, this technical workshop aims to empower local businesses in navigating the complexities of global expansion and maximising their true potential via cross-border e-commerce.

SME Centre@SICCI’s presentation will focus on empowering local businesses to expand their operations globally by providing practical strategies and insights. Participants will learn about the opportunities for global expansion, key strategies for entering international markets, navigating regulatory requirements, and leveraging government grants to scale up.

Our expert from Amazon Global Selling will then explore how selling on Amazon international stores, local businesses can easily reach customers all around the globe and showcase their products to the world. Previously an Account Manager at Amazon Global Selling, Terence has helped many local Singaporean brands become sellers on Amazon international stores to launch their products overseas.

Mr Syed Ali, Manager, Business Advisory (SME Centre@SICCI)

Throughout his career, Syed Ali has engaged businesses and created connections through marketing and events around the world. He has worked with SMEs, MNCs, Associations and Governments identifying their needs, creating opportunities and helping to build their networks.
